You really don’t need to check your partner’s phone, computer, desk drawer, or coat pocket every day (or even at all!). In fact, this behaviour is unhealthy. Instead, sit down and talk to your partner about your negative feelings.

Just like we discussed some of the most common reasons for jealousy, such as having attachment issues or being exposed to cheating in your childhood, it’s important for you to do some introspection.
